We are incredibly thankful for coaches who continue to pivot due to COVID to keep kids engaged, motivated, mentally healthy, and physically fit. The impact a positive coach can have on our youth should not be underestimated, particularly in times of challenge and struggle. Coach Lindsay Kauffman led Girls Unite by example throughout the year. She tirelessly worked to meet players where at the level they needed and motivate them to achieve their potential.
Coach Lindsay Kauffman was recognized as a regional winner of the Double-Goal Coach Award from the Positive Coaching Alliance. As a nationwide organization, the Positive Coaching Alliance focuses on keeping players engaged with the sport through support and positive feedback. Positive is powerful!
