Congratulations! We're excited to welcome your child to our next season of soccer. Please review and follow all of the steps outlined below.
All Micro players are required to complete TWO registration steps: register with club AND register with the league.
Girls Unite welcomes individual players as well as entire teams. All players need to register through process below.

Due Dec 4 for Spring Season.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE (optional)
If your family is in need of financial assistance – please complete Financial Assistance Request Form no later than Nov 20th for Spring Season (May 10th for Fall season). All requests will be reviewed and financial assistance offers will be sent 3 business days after application submission. After receiving your financial aid award, you will then need to complete the Step 1 registration link.
Step 2: League Registration - Sprocket
Due Dec 4 for Spring season.
To complete Step 2: look for an emailed invite from Sprocket and click on link in email.
2-5 business days after your player is registered with Girls Unite, you will receive an email invite from Sprocket. Sprocket is how you register for the league.
Note: this not an automated process after you register for Girls Unite/Club.
On Nov 20, the roster minimum of 10 players must be registered in SPROCKET so the league allows the team to form.
The roster maximum for game days is 13 players. Up to 2 additional practice-only players are welcome once team reaches capacity.
Please do not wait until the last day to register in case you run into technical questions/issues and risk your team formation!
Girls Unite will need 2 business days on average to get through the many registration questions/issues during this period.
Vikings Micro League fees are additional to club fees. League fees must be paid directly to the league by the families per league rules.
League registration deadline is subject to change based on league updates. League fees are estimated to be $68/per player for Spring 2027.
Micro Uniform
All new Girls Unite micro players joining for the season will receive a Girls Unite purple t-shirt as part of their registration.
Families can choose what shorts/socks they prefer at this level! Shinguards also required.
T-shirts will be handed out to players by your coach the first week of practice.
Player Handbook
Girls Unite requests that players and their guardians/parents to get to know and to abide by the Girls Unite Player Handbook, which outlines expectations and best practices for kids and their families as members of the Girls Unite soccer club and overall community. Be sure to review the handbook and its policies with your player and as needed.

Practice Target Details
Families must commit before they know schedule details for sure, as SFRPD will only connect us with fields once we submit our rosters.
Please note that all practices are selected through a field lottery. It is frequently possible to get 2 of 3 parameters: location or day of the week or time of day, but it is very difficult to get all three. Please also keep in mind that your coach may have schedule restrictions as well.
We do our absolute best to look for an option that meets the most needs. We will work with your family to identify an alternative practice if the one for your team is a conflict.
Girls Unite is targeting March 1st week as the start of of Micro practices and will run for 8 weeks.
Game Details
Season will be six games. Saturdays for teams targeting Marina Green/Little Rec locations. Sundays for teams targeting St. Marys location.

Summer Camps (Optional)
Keep your player active this coming summer — having fun and building skills + community.
All of our summer camps are optional and open to ALL kids — girls & boys, all levels, ages 5 – 14.

Weee Kickin' It (Optional)
A fun game-based clinic for ages 3-6 years old! Perfect for player that want to try the sport – but maybe aren’t quite ready for a team.
